Crandberry Salsa

- 12 oz Bag cranberries shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1 garlic clove(s)-minced shopping list
- 1 (or 2) jalape¤o chilies-seeded and minced shopping list
- 1/3 c cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 3 scallions, minced shopping list
- 1/4 c lime juice shopping list
- 1 ds hot sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Pick through the cranberries, removing any stems, and wash thoroughly. Bring 2 cups water and 3/4 cup sugar to a boil. Reduce the heat, add the cranberries, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked but still firm. Do not overcook; the cranberries should keep their shape. Drain in a colander. Refresh under cold water and drain thoroughly. Mix all other ingredients with cranberry mixture and enjoy
