Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces corned beef, shredded
  • 16 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and dressing in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the sauerkraut into a 13x9" baking dish.
  4. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and the dressing on top of the sauerkraut.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
