Ingredients
  • 1 pack of Goya Empanadas/Turnover dough(brings 10 in 1 pack)
  • 1 package of Cheddar Cheese(seriously Sharp)
  • 1 can of Guava paste
  • 1 cup of oil

Directions
  1. In a med. size pan put about a 1 cup of oil(heat should be on low)
  2. slice the Guava Paste into small thin pieces
  3. put about 3 slices of Guava Paste on the turnover dough
  4. close and seal it with the fork on the edges
  5. put to fry about 10 Mins. on both sides
  6. remove from pan and put it on a paper towel
  7. let it cool down about 5 mins. slice it in half then
  8. slice some pieces of cheese and add 1 slice into the turnover pastries
  9. and enjoy that wonderful taste
  10. You can also fry the turnovers with the cheese & Guava if you like your cheese melted.
