How to make it

  • Boiled the potatoes and mash, set aside
  • get a wok and put a little amount of olive oil and butter, heat
  • saute garlic, chopped onion till light brown and then mix in the minced pork
  • cook till halfcook and put salt and blackpepper, taste it
  • take away from fire and mix in the mashed potatoes and beaten eggs
  • mix in the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, set aside
  • prepare the ready crust
  • lay in the clean working table the cheets of crust
  • cut the crust sheets in many single round sheets
  • put the filling on every round sheets and then cover it with another round sheets, it seems like a hat
  • make 2 eggs for the egg wash
  • brush gently with eggwash to make a nice crust
  • get the baking pan and put the waxed paper and then lay the single mini pies one by one with a little space to one another..
  • try to cook for 220C FOR 30 MINUTES BUT ITS BETTER TO PREHEAT FIRST UR OVEN..COOK TILL LIGHT BROWN THE CRUST..
