This mini snacks is simply tasty and spicy..all can enjoy eating this dish anytime, anywhere..

Ingredients
  • 1kg minced pork
  • 300 grms potatoe
  • 1/4 kg of onion
  • 100 grms of breadcrumbs
  • 100 grms parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • about 500 grms of ready crust roll
  • olive oil and butter
  • 5 eggs

Directions
  1. Boiled the potatoes and mash, set aside
  2. get a wok and put a little amount of olive oil and butter, heat
  3. saute garlic, chopped onion till light brown and then mix in the minced pork
  4. cook till halfcook and put salt and blackpepper, taste it
  5. take away from fire and mix in the mashed potatoes and beaten eggs
  6. mix in the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, set aside
  7. prepare the ready crust
  8. lay in the clean working table the cheets of crust
  9. cut the crust sheets in many single round sheets
  10. put the filling on every round sheets and then cover it with another round sheets, it seems like a hat
  11. make 2 eggs for the egg wash
  12. brush gently with eggwash to make a nice crust
  13. get the baking pan and put the waxed paper and then lay the single mini pies one by one with a little space to one another..
  14. try to cook for 220C FOR 30 MINUTES BUT ITS BETTER TO PREHEAT FIRST UR OVEN..COOK TILL LIGHT BROWN THE CRUST..
