CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 KG OF MACARONI PASTA
  • 1/2 KG OF CHICKEN MEAT
  • 1 MEDIUM SIZE CAN OF PINEAPPLE TIDBIts (450 grms)
  • 50 grms of raisins
  • 500 grms to 1 kg of mayonaise ( ITS UP TO YOU)
  • 100 grms of kraft cheese
  • 1 piece of carrots
  • 1 onion
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1/4 can of condense milk ( about 125 grms)
  • a spoonfull of sweet pickle relish

Directions
  1. bring to a boil with salt the macaroni pasta, drain and set aside
  2. bring to a boil the chicken meat with salt, drain and set aside
  3. drain pineapple tidbits
  4. cut into cubes the cheese,carrot and onion
  5. cut into small cubes or thinly the chicken meat
  6. get a big bowl and begin to mix all the ingredients carefully one by one. first put in the bowl the pasta then the chicken,pineapple tidbits,raisins,cheese,carrots, onion,sweet pickle relish, condense milk and mayonaise. salt and pepper to taste. mix well but carefully. adding more mayonaise is depends of your taste. put on the salad rack and chill for atleast an hour before you eat. so try and enjoy this simple CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD..ITS SO DELICIOUS..
