Now if this isn't the cat's meow- super gourmet and easy! Fresh figs rossted and stuffed with goat cheese and drizzled with honey!

Ingredients
  • 12 fresh figs
  • Goat cheese
  • Honey

Directions
  1. Quarter 12 figs, cutting three-quarters of the way down.
  2. Stuff the figs with goat cheese.
  3. Roast in an oiled pan at 425° for 12 minutes, until softened.
  4. Serve drizzled with warmed honey

I am not a fig eater but love the idea!


Super easy and delicious! Try wrapping the figs in procioutto before roasting, adds another taste sensation!


All i need is the goat cheese. will try it. holly
