This truffle recipe has been around a bit, but after making them for the holidays, I had to submit my twist. Try this one-soooo good! You will think they are expensive truffles.

Ingredients
  • One whole package Oreos (reg size package)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • chocolate chips small bag
  • Try different Oreo flavors for a great taste treat.
  • I have used mint Oreos, peanut butter, and the vanilla Oreos.
  • I have also used dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate
  • I am going to try chocolate filled Oreos.
  • You can use double stuffed Oreos the very same way.

Directions
  1. Grind whole package of Oreos in blender
  2. Mix with 1 cup softened Cream Cheese
  3. Chill in fridge for about 30minutes
  4. Roll into 1" balls-melon baller works great
  5. Melt Chocolate Chips in Microwave-slowly. 30 seconds at a time
  6. Stir chocolate every 30 seconds-this will take 3 or 4 times
  7. Using a fork, dip each ball in melted chocolate
  8. You can put sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut, etc on top.
  9. Place on wax paper and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  10. Store in covered plastic container.
  11. Get ready for the compliments!
  12. Vanilla(golden) Oreos make beautiful White Chocolate Truffles.
  13. OMG these are good and very very easy.
