How to make it

  • Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and all spices and blend.
  • Add eggs and milks.
  • Mix throughly.
  • Pour ingredients into a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
  • Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 325 degrees and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until mixture doesn't adhere to a knife.
  • Cool and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
