Ingredients

How to make it

  • Process carrots, honey, salt and 3/4 cup of the cream in a blender until smooth.
  • Mix the remaining 3/4 cup cream and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  • Add to the blender with the eggs and butter and process until smooth.
  • Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart baking dish.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
