Easy breakfast casserole

Simple breakfast casserole for a Sunday morning before church
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage shopping list
- 1 small onion or 1/2 medium chopped shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper(optional) chopped shopping list
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 dozen eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup of milk shopping list
- 1 package of frozen shredded hashbrowns shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- brown sausage in medium skillet and drain grease
- put sausage in bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish
- brown hashbrowns, onions and green peppers to same skillet that sausage was cooked in
- pour hasbrowns mixture on top of the sausage
- in a bowl beat eggs, milk, half the cheese salt and pepper in a bowl
- pour over the sausage and hashbrowns
- add remaining cheese on top
- bake for 25 mins or until egg mixture is done.
- serve with your choice of bread
