My Favorite fudge

                    - 6 cps sugar shopping list
- 3 sticks butter (do not use margarine) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cp half and half shopping list
- 3 8 oz bags dove dark chocolate promises shopping list
- 1 large jar marshmallow cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cp chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 tbs vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - prepare 9x13 pan by lining with aluminum foil , bringing it up the sides of the pan
- unwrap dove pieces
- place sugar, butter, half and half and salt in large heavy pan.
- On medium heat gently bring to a hard boil stirring all the time
- boil for 4 minutes stirring all the time to prevent scorching
- turn off heat and add chocolate and marshmallow cream
- let stand five minutes to melt the chocolate
- Add vanilla and stir til completely blended. A
- Add pecans and stir in
- pour into prepared pan
- cool completely
- remove from pan and cut into one inch squares
- makes about 5 lbs fudge
- I wrap mine individually in waxed paper and store in a jar with a lid. Keeps for a long time if someone doesn't eat them all.
