This is a great bread machine recipe I found years ago. It produces a lovely textured sandwich bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 c Water
  • 1/4 c Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c Yellow Cornmeal
  • ½ c multigrain cereal
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 c Bread flour (add more if needed)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Directions
  1. Add ingredients to breadmachine in the order recommended by manufacturer
  2. turn on machine and wait for heaven in a loaf-shape
  3. cook time includes all cycles of the bread machine
