Lemon Burst Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup lemon juice

2/3 cup olive oil

1 1/2 tbls. sugar

1 1/2 tbls. onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. paprika

3 lbs. broccoli florets

Directions

In a jar with tight fitting lid, add everything but broccoli

Shake to combine and refrigerate for at least an hour

Steam broccoli until tender crisp, about 8 minutes

Put broccoli in serving bowl and add lemon dressing

Toss to coat

Cook time does not include chill time
