Roasted Carrots

- 1 lb small whole carrots shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 tsp granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the carrots in water, sugar and salt until tender
- Drain and cool.
- Dip the carrots in the melted butter then into crumbs
- Place on a greased baking tray.
- Bake at 350F for about 10 or 12 minutes.
