How to make it

  • In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in 3 Tbsp butter for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in parsley, keep warm. In another large skillet; heat the remaining butter over medium high heat. Cook steaks for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Serve with the mushroom sauce.
