How to make it

  • Mix zucchini,shallot, garlic, eggs, cheese, milk, flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Mix wll into a batter.
  • In a large skillet heat the vegetable oil.
  • With a large spoon carefully drop some batter into the pan.
  • Flatten them out like a pancake only thicker.
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Add more oil while making batches if needed.
  • Place fritters on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
  • Serve with sour cream. Makes around 25 fritters.
