Ingredients
- 1 #2 can of crushed pineapple not drained shopping list
- 3/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 1 lump of butter or oleo (size of an egg) shopping list
- 1/2 cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 corn starch shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs
- Add all other ingredience put in 9x9 baking dish sprayed with pam
- Bake 375 for 45 min.

I have had your wonderful baked pineapple dish and am going to make it at Mieke's on New Year's Day now that I finally have the recipe. And it is GF, too! Now....I still need that great recipe for corn pudding that you make for Thanksgiving...hmmmm...more
