Lump Crab Crostini

- 1 lb. Good crab Meat shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. scallions, diced shopping list
- 10 oz. swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 baguette, sliced into about 50 1/4- inch thick rounds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Gently combine crab meat and Swiss cheese.
- Add remaining ingredients, being careful not to break up crab lumps.
- Spread baguette rounds onto baking pan.
- Top each round with crab meat mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
- Appetizer Serves Up To 20 People
