Ingredients
  • 1 TBS vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Cup diced Onion
  • 2 TBS all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 Cup chicken stock
  • 2 Cups cubed cooked chicken

Directions
  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add onion and cook, stirring until softened about 3 minutes.
  2. Add flour and curry powder, cook stirring for 1 minute.
  3. Add Chicken stock and cook, stirring until slightly thickened.
  4. Add chicken and cook till chicken is hot.

This was a great recipe. It was very tasty and was enhanced by Mark serving it with brown rice cooked with peas. Made a yummy dinner. :)
