REUBEN SPREAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups drained sauerkraut
  • 1 pound grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 2 packages corned beef diced
  • Cocktail rye bread

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients except bread and bake in casserole dish 45 minutes.
  3. Serve on cocktail rye bread.
