My twist on the Salsa Con Queso sold in the chip aisle that costs $3.00 for a tiny jar!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Mexican style Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbs taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp Adobo seasoning
  • Tortilla chips
  • Miscellaneous veggies for dipping

Directions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the Velveeta on 75% power for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  2. In another bowl, combine the sour cream, taco seasoning mix, and Adobo seasoning. Mix into the partially melted Velveeta.
  3. Microwave at 75% power for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after every minute, until melted and smooth.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and/or veggies for dippers.
