How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook mushrooms and onion in oil until tender.
  • Reduce heat to medium; add red pepper.
  • Cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
  • Mix milk, flour, bouillon and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  • Add to skillet, cook and stir until slightly thickented.
  • Add ham (optional), peas and cooked pasta; heat through.
  • Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
  • Makes 4-6 servings.
