Ingredients

8 ounces cooked ham, finely chopped

4 ounces swiss cheese slices torn into small pieces

1 - 3 ounce package cream cheese, cubed

1/4 cup apple juice - or you can use apple cider

1 Tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Directions

I Double the recipe when going to a party

In a slow cooker combine ham, swiss chees, cream cheese, apple juice, mustard, and caraway seeds

Cover and cook for 2-3 hours

stir before serving.

We love this dip with wheat thins. Some other suggestions you might like would be rye crackers and apple wedges.
