Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • bread crumbs..seasoned or unseasoned
  • 2 eggs
  • (optional. diced green pepper)
  • 1large can tomato soup
  • water

Directions
  1. Mix beef, onion soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs..(just pour enough bread crumbs to consistency that you like...about 1/2 cup to 3/4) I dont measure bread crumbs, I just keep sprinkling the crumbs in til its where Id like it. and green peppers.
  2. make into patties and place in a large skillet on med-low and cook like a burger, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Dont worry if they are not cooked threw.
  3. Drain your skillet or place burgers in a clean skillet.
  4. In a bowl add your tomato soup and slowly add water about 1/3 of the can at a time. You dont want your sauce to thin or to thick, pour over burgers, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. The sauce compliments mashed potatos perfectly.
