Cream Cheese Potatoes

This puts a different spin on reqular mashed potatoes. Also, you can make these ahead of time and freeze them and bake at another time.
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes mediam to large peeled and quartered shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1T. garlic salt shopping list
- 1T. parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and quarter the potatoes place in pot of water cook till soft.
- Drain and mash. Put all the ingredients in and mix together. Place in casserole and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Delicious.
