Ingredients
  • Basumati Rice 1C(soaked for 5-10min&drained)
  • Coconut milk 1C
  • Garlic 3 -sliced
  • Ginger 50g-sliced thinly
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Pepper corn 1tsp
  • curry leaves
  • Coconut oil -2Tsp or any cooking oil
  • water 1C
  • green chilly 3(slit)
  • mixed veg 1/2C
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. This can be cooked in pressure cooker or rice cooker....
  2. Pour the coconut oil in the pan,add the pepper corns,then ginger slice&saute
  3. Then add the garlic slice,curry leaves&saute for 1min
  4. Add the green chilly&add the coconut milk&let it boil for few sec
  5. Then add the turmeric powder,water&drained rice
  6. Add salt&cook
  7. The coconut oil&coconut milk gives rich aroma&taste.....
