How to make it

  • Combine the cereal, coconut, brown sugar & pecans.
  • Drizzle with the melted butter and stir until well combined.
  • Press half of cereal mixture into a 13x9" pan.
  • Spread with softened ice cream.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cereal mixture & press down.
  • Cover & freeze until firm.
  • Let soften approx. 10 min. prior to serving.
  • Can be stored for 2 months in freezer.
