How to make it

  • Pour the milk into a large bowl and add the pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for two minutes or until blended. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Arrange 1/2 of the cookies on the bottom and sides of a 1 1/2 quart serving bowl; cover with layers of 1/2 each of the pudding, bananas and whipped topping. Repeat layers starting with the shortbread cookies again.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Eat and enjoy! : D
