Spoon Pudding with Shortbread Cookies

- 1 3/4 c. cold milk shopping list
- 1 pkg (4 serving) instant chocolate pudding and pie filling (lemon is good also) shopping list
- 24 shortbread cookies shopping list
- 2 large bananas shopping list
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Topping shopping list
How to make it
- Pour the milk into a large bowl and add the pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for two minutes or until blended. Let pudding stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Arrange 1/2 of the cookies on the bottom and sides of a 1 1/2 quart serving bowl; cover with layers of 1/2 each of the pudding, bananas and whipped topping. Repeat layers starting with the shortbread cookies again.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Eat and enjoy! : D
