Ingredients
  • One cup fresh grated carrots, 12 marshmallows, 2 tart apples, 1/2 cup nut meats, 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Directions
  1. Wash, scrape and grate carrots with fine shredder disc. slice apples with chopper disc. chop nut meats with chopper disc. quarter marshmallows, with kitchen scissors. mix and blend with salad dressing. serve very cold on crisp lettuce. serves 6.
