After The Holidays French Toast

- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread cut into 1 inch slices shopping list
- 3 Tsp cinnamon divided shopping list
- 3 tart apples peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 1 Tbs vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Add apples and cranberries and toss well
- Spread evenly in dish
- Arrange slices of bread on top
- Mix eggs, vanilla and remaining cinnnamon
- Pour over bread, soaking bread completely
- Cover and chill up to 24 hours
- Bake covered with foil in a preheated 375F oven for 40 minutes
- Uncover and bake 15 more minutes
- let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm
