  • 2 Tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 Cup whey protien
  • 1/2 Cup fat-free chocolate frozen yogurt
  • 1 Cup fat-free milk

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy.
