Meatloaf to satisfy Any Man

- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 cup parmesian cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp seasoning salt, more or less to taste shopping list
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 4 tbsp butter shopping list
- ketchup, or meatloaf glaze shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
- Start with the 2 lbs of ground beef.
- Add in bread crumbs, parmesian cheese, eggs, seasoning salt, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- With your hands, knead all the ingredients together well.
- Shape meat mixture into a loaf and set into 13 x 9 inch pan. (You can use an 8 x 8 pan or a 9 x 9 pan, but do not use a loaf pan, because you will need to baste the meatloaf)
- Place 2 tbsp of butter on top of the meatloaf and place pan in preheated oven.
- After cooking for about 15 minutes, put the remaining 2 tbsp of butter on the meatloaf and cook for 5 more minutes.
- At this point, either zigzag the ketchup on the meatloaf or drizzle the meatloaf glaze on the loaf.
- Every five minutes, baste the meatloaf in the juices of butter at the bottom of the pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Voila! Your meatloaf is ready to serve. :)
