Smoked Salmon and Brie Oatcakes

- 6 pieces of smoked salmon shopping list
- cream cheese shopping list
- 1 packet Oatcakes/Belini's shopping list
- 6 thick slices of Brie shopping list
- Fresh dill to serve. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the grill.
- Heat 6 Oatcakes/Belini's as per the packet instructions (normally a minute in the micro or 2 mins under grill.)
- Spread each oatcake with cream cheese.
- Top with a slice of salmon.
- Add chunk of brie on top of the salmon.
- Pop on a greased baking tray and put under the grill until the brie has melted.
- Top with a stem of dill and serve immediatly on a tray as an appetiser, or allow 2 each guest on a bed of rocket salad and halved cherry tomatoes dressed with lemon juice as a first course.
