This cheeseball is so easy and always gets many compliments.

Ingredients
  • 2 eight oz packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well.
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions
  1. Mix together all ingredients, except 1 cup pecans.
  2. Form into a ball shape and roll in pecans.
  3. Chill until firm and enjoy.
  4. Especially good with club crackers.
