Stuffed Potato Skins

- 1 Large baking potato shopping list
- 3-4 oz. pulled pork shopping list
- 1 slice of bacon fried or baked til crisp shopping list
- Shredded cheese shopping list
- salt, pepper and garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Bake or microwave potato until cooked. Let cool.
- When potato is cooled, cut in half/
- Scoop out some of the potato leaving about 1/4 inch of skin and potato, place the potato that you scooped out in a bowl.
- Fry your potato skin until it is nice and brown. Remove from grease and drain on papertowels.
- Preheat oven to 300.
- To the potato, add the pulled pork and crumble the bacon. Add the shredded cheese.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix.
- Restuff your potato skins with the pulled pork mixture.
- Place in oven for 20 min. or til hot and a little brown.
