How to make it

  • Bake or microwave potato until cooked. Let cool.
  • When potato is cooled, cut in half/
  • Scoop out some of the potato leaving about 1/4 inch of skin and potato, place the potato that you scooped out in a bowl.
  • Fry your potato skin until it is nice and brown. Remove from grease and drain on papertowels.
  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • To the potato, add the pulled pork and crumble the bacon. Add the shredded cheese.
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix.
  • Restuff your potato skins with the pulled pork mixture.
  • Place in oven for 20 min. or til hot and a little brown.
