Ingredients

Hard Roll (unsliced)

1 slice cheese

1 egg

Directions

With a round cookie cutter, or knife, take the center from the hard roll, taking care not to cut through the bottom. It should make a large enough crater to hold an egg.

Crack a raw egg into the crater and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cover with a slice of cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve and eat!
