How to make it

  • peel a 1-inch strip around the middle of each potato,leaving peel on each end.
  • cook potatos in dutch oven in boiling water with just anought water to cover . cook 20 min.drain water place in large bowl.bring remaning 8 ingredients to boil in a souce pan over medium heat.remove from heat.drizzle over potatoes tossing to coat.makes 8 servings
