Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound Philadelphia brand cheese
  • 1/2 pound Roquefort cheese
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 pickled walnuts, chopped fine

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Moisten with sweet cream.
  3. Mix to a smooth consistency.
  4. Serve with crackers.
