BUTTERFLY PORK CHOPS IN ROSEMARY CITRUS MARINADE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons crushed rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 4 large butterfly pork chops

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except pork and mix well.
  2. Pour over pork and refrigerate 8 hours before grilling.
