Beer Ribs

- 1/3 cup dark beer shopping list
- 1/3 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed shopping list
- 1 onion minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 pounds lean pork spareribs trimmed of excess fat and halved crosswise shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl combine all ingredients except spareribs.
- Cover spareribs with salted water and bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Skim then drain and rinse briefly under cold water.
- Cut ribs into 1 rib sections and add to bowl of marinade stirring to coat well.
- Let ribs marinate covered at room temperature stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 then arrange ribs meaty side up in 1 layer in lightly oiled baking pans.
- Brush with some marinade then bake in middle of oven turning and basting occasionally 1 hour.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
