Ginger- Spiked Won Ton Soup

- 2 containers(32oz ea)chicken broth shopping list
- 1c shredded carrots shopping list
- 1 small red pepper,seeded and sliced shopping list
- 4 med. cloves garlic,peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1" piece fresh gingerroot,peeled shopping list
- 8 frozen pork ans cabbage dumplings(or whatever flavor you want) shopping list
- 1c spinach leaves shopping list
How to make it
- In large sauce pot bring all ingredients except dumplings and spinach to a boil.Reduce heat to med-high and simmer 3 mins.
- Using slotted spoon, remove garlic slices and gingerroot from the pot;discard. Add frozen stuffed dumplings to pot.Let simmer 5 mins or till cooked through.
- Stir in spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper if desired
