Cream Cheese Ball

This recipe was given to me from Ann Robbins at the bank here in town . She makes it at Christmas. Cream cheese ball made with dried beef...very good
Ingredients
- 4- 8 oz. bars cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 bunches green onions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) dried beef chopped finely shopping list
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper shopping list
- 4 oz. chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Mix softened cheese
- with onions
- garlic
- and dried beef
- and black pepper
- Form into a ball
- then flatten a little
- Roll in pecans
- top, bottom and sides
- Wrap in plastic wrap til ready to serve.
- I serve on a bed of curley lettuce
- with mixed crackers. Good with chips too.
