How to make it

  • Melt Butter in a pan.
  • Stir in the flour and cook briefly,to remove the flour,taste.
  • Graduallly add the stock,stir all the time to make a smooth sauce.
  • Add the vinegar,worcestershire sauce,and mustard.
  • Cover and cook gently for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste,more mustard,if you like,parsley,and chopped cucumbers.
  • Good with rich and oily food
