Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 2 tsp of Jalapeno Juice (out of the jalapeno jar which you can get in any groc store)
  • Dash of Emeril's Southwest Essence
  • 1/2 cup of black beans
  • 1/2 cup of cooked chicken (I used left over rotisserie chicken from WM)
  • 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cabott cheese
  • 3 tsp of ortega mild taco sauce
  • 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Splash of worcester sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400
  2. Sautee fresh mushrooms with the Emeril's sw essence, worcester sauce, olive oil, and jalapeno sauce now let it simmer
  3. Bake tortilla for 5 minutes on one side
  4. Flip it for another 5 minutes
  5. Spread ortega sauce onto tortilla
  6. Spread black beans on it
  7. Add the mushrooms and chicken to it
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top
  9. Bake for 5 minutes
  10. You're done!
