Healthy Mexicana Pizza

- 1 whole wheat tortilla shopping list
- 2 tsp of jalapeno juice (out of the jalapeno jar which you can get in any groc store) shopping list
- Dash of Emeril's Southwest Essence shopping list
- 1/2 cup of black beans shopping list
- 1/2 cup of cooked chicken (I used left over rotisserie chicken from WM) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cabott cheese shopping list
- 3 tsp of ortega mild taco sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- Splash of worcester sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven to 400
- Sautee fresh mushrooms with the Emeril's sw essence, worcester sauce, olive oil, and jalapeno sauce now let it simmer
- Bake tortilla for 5 minutes on one side
- Flip it for another 5 minutes
- Spread ortega sauce onto tortilla
- Spread black beans on it
- Add the mushrooms and chicken to it
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake for 5 minutes
- You're done!
