Salmon with Lemon and Rosemary

- 2 pieces parchment paper shopping list
- 1 - 1 1/2 lemons, thinly sliced shopping list
- 6-8 sprigs fresh rosemary shopping list
- 2 salmon filets, skin and bones removed shopping list
- coarse sea salt shopping list
- freshly ground pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place both parchment paper sheets on baking sheet.
- Place 3-4 lemon slices in the middle of the paper (arrange so your salmon will sit on top of slices perfectly). Layer with 2-3 sprigs of rosemary, and top with salmon filets.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- Layer with 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and top with remaining lemon slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Close paper up to make a pocket.
- Bake 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven. 12 minutes for thinner salmon and 15 for thicker pieces.
