How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place both parchment paper sheets on baking sheet.
  • Place 3-4 lemon slices in the middle of the paper (arrange so your salmon will sit on top of slices perfectly). Layer with 2-3 sprigs of rosemary, and top with salmon filets.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Layer with 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and top with remaining lemon slices.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Close paper up to make a pocket.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven. 12 minutes for thinner salmon and 15 for thicker pieces.

What a lovely recipe. The aromas of the lemon and rosemary have to make the kitchen smell heavenly. I'm going to try this one soon.
