Camp Peach Cobbler Recipe

My friends husband was a boyscout leader and they made this. I make it every camping trip and just made it in the oven

Open cake mix and pour into dutch oven
open can of peaches and pour over cake mix
put pats of butter over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon
put on hot level coals for 45 minutes or in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes
good alone or with vanilla ice cream ( Holidays, there is cinnamon stick ice cream) yum

Thanks all for your nice comments. I make this on every camping trip. I put one together and made it for Thanksgiving. Baked it in the oven, was WONDERFUL

Way too easy - that could become addictive! It sounds really gooey and buttery and GOOD - another "gotta try"...thanks for sharing it!
