Salmon or Tuna Cakes

- 1/4 cup red peppers diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 tblsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. season salt shopping list
- caynne pepper just a pinch (to your liking) shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs (ONLY ADD 4 tblsp. TO THE MIX reserve the rest) shopping list
- 2 - 12 oz. cans of salmon, or tuna shopping list
- SAUCE FOR ON TOP shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 tblsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tblsp. horseradish shopping list
- a pinch of tyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix tuna, or salmon, pepppers, onions, mayo, lemon juice, season salt, cayanne pepper, egg and only 4 tblsp. of dried bread crumbs.
- roll into 6 balls, and flatten into patties.
- coat them with remaining bread crumbs
- fry on the stove top in 3 tblsp. butter until golden brown on each side.
- shoud make about 6 patties
- These patties are delicious just like this, however to make them even better just mix all the ingredients for sauce and pour over top of the patties.

Really like the addition of sweet red bell pepper and lemon juice here. I like to add peppers to my crab cakes! And the sauce...mmmmmm.
