How to make it

  • Mix tuna, or salmon, pepppers, onions, mayo, lemon juice, season salt, cayanne pepper, egg and only 4 tblsp. of dried bread crumbs.
  • roll into 6 balls, and flatten into patties.
  • coat them with remaining bread crumbs
  • fry on the stove top in 3 tblsp. butter until golden brown on each side.
  • shoud make about 6 patties
  • These patties are delicious just like this, however to make them even better just mix all the ingredients for sauce and pour over top of the patties.

    Love the salmon cakes, never tried tuna but will now and the sauce sounds great and new to me too!

    Really like the addition of sweet red bell pepper and lemon juice here. I like to add peppers to my crab cakes! And the sauce...mmmmmm.
