Salmon Or Tuna Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup red peppers diced

1/4 cup onion diced

1/4 cup mayo

1 tblsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. season salt

caynne pepper just a pinch (to your liking)

1 egg beaten

1 cup dried bread crumbs (ONLY ADD 4 tblsp. TO THE MIX reserve the rest)

2 - 12 oz. cans of Salmon, or Tuna

SAUCE FOR ON TOP

3/4 cup mayo

1 tblsp. lemon juice

1 tblsp. horseradish

a pinch of tyme

1 tsp. salt and pepper

Directions

Mix tuna, or salmon, pepppers, onions, mayo, lemon juice, season salt, cayanne pepper, egg and only 4 tblsp. of dried bread crumbs.

roll into 6 balls, and flatten into patties.

coat them with remaining bread crumbs

fry on the stove top in 3 tblsp. butter until golden brown on each side.

shoud make about 6 patties

These patties are delicious just like this, however to make them even better just mix all the ingredients for sauce and pour over top of the patties.
