- 41/2 OZ dark chocolate shopping list
- SMALL KNOB OF butter shopping list
- 2 TSP rum shopping list
- 1/2 CUP shredded coconut shopping list
- 31/2 OZ cake CRUMBS shopping list
- 6 TBSP CONFECTIONERS sugar shopping list
- 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa shopping list
How to make it
- BREAK THE CHOCOLATE INTO PIECES AND PLACE IN A BOWL WITH THE BUTTER,SET THE BOWL OVER A PAN OF SIMMERING WATER,AND STIR UNTIL MELTED.
- REMOVE FROM THE HEAT AND BEAT IN THE RUM,STIR IN THE SHREDDED COCONUT ,CAKE CRUMBS,AND 2 THIRDS OF THE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR.BEAT UNTIL COMBINED,ADD A LITTLE EXTRA RUM IF THE MIXTURE IS STIFF.
- ROLL THE MIXTURE INTO SMALL BALLS AND PLACE THEM ON A SHEET OF PARCHMENT PAPER,CHILL UNTIL FIRM
- SIFT THE REMAINING CONFECTIONERS SUGAR ONTO A LARGE PLATE SIFT THE COCOA ONTO ANOTHER PLATE AND ROLL THE TRUFFLE ON WHATEVER YOU DESIRE
- AND THEN PLACE THE TRUFFLES IN PAPER AND CHILL UNTIL SERVED,ENJOY
