Danish Meat Balls

- 1 lb hamburger shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tspn worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tspn salt shopping list
- 1/8 tspn pepper shopping list
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper (minced fine) shopping list
- SAUCE shopping list
- 3/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbsn brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tspn salt shopping list
- 1 tspn pepper shopping list
- 3-4 dashes Tabasco shopping list
- 2 tspn soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tspn sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all indredients for the meat balls well & form into balls the size of walnuts.
- Cook over low heat until done but not brown.
- Sauce-
- Simmer approximately 20 minutes.
- Pour over meat balls.
- Simmer 5-10 more minutes.
