How to make it

  • Season chops with salt and pepper
  • Flour both all sides of the chops, shake of any extra flour
  • In a skillet, coat bottom of pan with olive oil, heat
  • Brown chops in the heated oil
  • Cook each side 8-10 minutes (depending on chops thinkness)
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a casserole dish, evenly pour rice on the bottom
  • In a small mixing bowl dump can of soup,
  • Fill can 1/2 way with milk, dump into bowl.
  • Mix then dump over rice evenly
  • Spread green bean across the pan
  • Place browned chops on top
  • Smear tablespoon of spoon from bottom of pan on top of the chops
  • Top off with parmesan cheese
  • Place in oven for 20-25 minutes
