Juice pork chops on top of a green bean casserole. Wonderful flavoring that my hubby could not get enough of.

Ingredients
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • olive oil
  • 1 lb. Pork Chops
  • 1 can french cut green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • milk
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Season chops with salt and pepper
  2. Flour both all sides of the chops, shake of any extra flour
  3. In a skillet, coat bottom of pan with olive oil, heat
  4. Brown chops in the heated oil
  5. Cook each side 8-10 minutes (depending on chops thinkness)
  6. Preheat oven to 350 F
  7. In a casserole dish, evenly pour rice on the bottom
  8. In a small mixing bowl dump can of soup,
  9. Fill can 1/2 way with milk, dump into bowl.
  10. Mix then dump over rice evenly
  11. Spread green bean across the pan
  12. Place browned chops on top
  13. Smear tablespoon of spoon from bottom of pan on top of the chops
  14. Top off with parmesan cheese
  15. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes
